Chris Brown due in court

But singer still hasn't been formally charged

Chris Brown and Rihanna reportedly patched up their differences on a break in Miami

Chris Brown is expected to attend court today over allegations he assaulted girlfriend Rihanna.

The R’n’B singer was arrested shortly before the Grammys and booked on suspicion of making criminal threats.

But prosecutors are yet to formally file charges against him.

District Attorney's spokeswoman Jane Robison told the Associated Press that Chris, 19, is required to appear based on a date scheduled after his arrest on 8 February.
