Daniel Radcliffe’s Harry Potter stunt double is apparently waiting to find how badly he's injured himself.
David Holmes, 25, was rehearsing a flying scene involving an explosion for Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows when he plummeted to the ground.
It is thought he seriously hurt his back, and friends say he has undergone a scan to assess the scale of the damage.
'They are hoping he will make a full recovery,' one tells the Daily Mirror.
'But it was a nasty injury and it might be some time before they know exactly what they are dealing with.
'He is hoping he hasn't suffered any really permanent damage.'
Paramedics were immediately called to the Leavesden Studios in Watford after the incident on Wednesday.
David was taken to Watford General Hospital before being transferred to The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, north-west London.
