Doctor Who star reckons its fun to play a baddie
Tuesday, 23 December 2008
David Tennant is keen to take on a role in a James Bond movie.
The actor wants a change when he steps down as Doctor Who next year.
And he reckons playing a villain in the franchise would be ideal.
‘I would much prefer playing a baddie [than playing James Bond],’ he tells BBC Radio 4.
David, 37, is currently taking time off from his theatre show Hamlet while he recovers from back surgery.
