Lily Allen has admitted she's shocked Diana Vickers is favourite to win The X Factor.
The 23-year-old singer couldn't believe it when Spanish diva Ruth Lorenzo, 26, lost the public vote on Saturday, despite winning praise from the judges for her 2 performances.
She thinks bosses have paved the way for Diana, 17, to be crowned the winner because they let her have a week off when she had a throat infection last month.
‘Ruth was my favourite – really Vickers should have gone,’ she tells Radio 1. ‘I felt the whole thing was a bit of a farce.
‘When she didn't sing on Mariah Carey week she should have had to come back the next week and sung a Mariah song as well as a Best Of British song, then it would have been fair. I don't think that Diana is very good.’
Lily, 23, thinks the teenager doesn't have a strong enough voice to have made it through auditions on the ITV show.
‘Diana's good enough for Eurovision!' Lily jokes. 'I'm a nice person really, I just don't like Diana Vickers!’

The press is making another claim, that Lily Allen doesn't like someone. They do this to her all the time. She will say that's not what I meant, Lily Allen is only judging Diana Vickers on her talent the rest is press.

i dont give a sh*t what Lily Allen thinks. shes had one number one in like 2005/6. apart from that what does lily do? i havent seen any new material 4 ages. all she seems to do is run around, slagging people off. get a life lily dearest. u basicly speak in ur songs anyway, lily dont hold a candle to diana. and lily only became famous cause of her dad. so shes really deservin aint she.
lily allen cannot sing and is shaped like a pear, bottom heavy.
