Contestant will sing despite still suffering from laryngitis

Diana Vickers has vowed to take part in Saturday's X Factor even though she's still unwell and having trouble with her voice.
The 17-year-old was forced to sit out of last week’s show after catching laryngitis, but creative director Brian Friedman says she determined to perform this week.
‘I was with Diana in rehearsals yesterday,’ he tells The Sun. 'Her throat still hurts, she couldn’t talk at full volume and she was having trouble swallowing.
'But she wants to perform. Diana is going to go on stage no matter what this week.’
The decision to allow Diana to continue through to the next round without singing has been slammed after favourite Laura White, 21, was voted out.
Both girls are mentored by Cheryl Cole, 25.
