Bollywood actress offering support to reality star during cancer battle

Jade Goody has been told she has 50 per cent chance of surviving

Jade Goody has revealed her former rival Shilpa Shetty has been comforting her as she battles cervical cancer. 

'We met up in India, then she's been calling me to see how I am,' she says. 'Next time she's here, we're going to go for something to eat.' 

Jade, 27, was told she had the illness while appearing on the Indian version of Big Brother, which is hosted by Shilpa, 33. 

The pair fell out on Celebrity BB in January 2007 when the mum-of-two was accused of bullying the Bollywood actress.
