Chatshow host appears on celebrity edition of The Apprentice
Thursday, 6 November 2008
Jonathan Ross filmed a BBC programme this week - despite being suspended for 12 weeks.
The chat show host recorded his appearance on Comic Relief Does The Apprentice on Monday.
Bosses gave Jonathan, 47, the go-ahead because the series will be aired in March, after his suspension ends.
He was not paid for his appearance.
‘The BBC agreed to Jonathan Ross taking part in an advance recording of Comic Relief Does The Apprentice,’ a spokesman tells the Daily Mirror. ‘The BBC did not wish to disadvantage the charity.’
Jonathan made lewd prank calls to Fawlty Towers star Andrews Sachs, 78, with pal Russell Brand, 33, last month.
