Mark Croft has slammed reports he is a bad influence on his wife Kerry Katona.
The former cabbie was criticised for allowing her to go on ITV show This Morning when she was unwell.
But Mark, 37, insists it wasn’t his place to interfere with the interview.
‘Kerry went on that show because that’s what she wanted to do,’ he says. ‘It wasn’t my decision to make.
'I don't manage Kerry, she does her own thing. She may ask me what I think, but I never tell her what she can or can't do.'
Kerry - who is the face of food giant Iceland - is determined to prove that her erratic behaviour was down to her bipolar disorder.
'We're going to London today so Kerry can have a blood test to prove she isn't an alcoholic,' Mark says.
'Iceland sorted everything out for us. They said: "We're concerned about you and Kerry, and want to make sure everything is fine."
'Once the results are in, the doctors can see if they need to change her medication.'
The couple are parents to 6-month-old son Max and daughter Heidi, 20 months.
Kerry is also mum to Molly, 7, and Lilly-Sue, 5, with ex Brian McFadden, 28.
