X Factor judge thinks Girls Aloud singer has too many commitments
Tuesday, 4 November 2008
Cheryl Cole may be forced to quit The X Factor, according to Simon Cowell.
The pop guru reckons the singer, 25, has been left exhausted trying to balance her commitments to Girls Aloud and the ITV programme.
‘It’s too early to say if Cheryl will be back,’ Simon, 49, tells the Daily Star. ‘She’s drained by it.
'You’ve got to get to the end of the show, give it a couple of weeks and go: “Do I wanna do it again?” If she says yes, we’ll welcome her back.’
Meanwhile, rival judge Dannii Minogue, 37, has tipped Cheryl’s act Laura White, 21, to win the competition.
‘I think it’s all about Laura,’ she says. ‘She’s got a sensational voice and is the front-runner in my mind.’
