Sienna Miller takes photo agency to court for 'harassment'

Actress' lawyers claim she was chased while driving

Sienna Miller received £15,000 damages from the Daily Star last month

Sienna Miller is suing photo agency Big Pictures (UK) Limited and its founder Darryn Lyons for alleged harassment and invasion of privacy.

The actress’s legal team appeared at London's High Court yesterday, claiming her life has been made intolerable by the organisation's pursuit which included 'forms of physical and verbal intimidation'.

Lawyer David Sherborne said Sienna had been caused 'substantial alarm, fear and enormous distress'.

Big Pictures (UK) Limited and Darryn are fighting the claims, reports the BBC.

Meanwhile, Sienna, 26, bathes in 'cow's blood' in the promo for indie group The Hours' new single See The Light.

In the Damien Hirst-directed video, she is seen sobbing lines such as: ‘Death feels like the safest place for me right now’.
