JLS are proud of their toned bodies

The X Factor’s JLS have got their kit off for a saucy new shoot.

The boys – JB Gill, 21, Marvin Humes, 23, Oritse Williams, 21, and Aston Merrygold, 20 – have posed topless to show off their abs.

Since making it through to the live finals, they’ve been working out every day in the gym.

‘It’s about being at your physical peak at all times,’ Oritse says.

‘When we entered the house JB put us on the routine. I had the most weight to lose, whereas Aston had the most weight to build up.

'I’m proud that I’ve lost weight and toned up through exercise. I feel great.’
