Injured GMTV host is taken for scan
Wednesday, 29 October 2008
Andrew Castle has damaged his knee during rehearsals for Strictly Come Dancing.
The presenter and former tennis player, 44, was taken for scans at a Waterloo clinic.
He injured himself while practicing this week’s samba routine.
‘Andrew is petrified he might miss the show,’ a source tells The Sun.
‘He keeps himself in shape but dancing uses different muscles — he never had to do the samba on centre court.’
Andrew and dance partner Ola Jordan, 26, were in the bottom two last week.
It has also emerged that Jodie Kidd is dancing with a broken rib.
