Socialite confuses Irish Boyzone star

Paris Hilton is in the capital to film her new reality TV show Paris Hilton's New British BFF

Paris Hilton was left red-faced last week after mistakenly thinking proud Irishman Ronan Keating was English.

The pair bumped into one another at the launch of new London club Jalouse.

But after a few minutes chatting together, Paris, 27, dropped a clanger by telling him she 'loved his English accent'.  

‘Poor Paris looked mortified – it seems she could do with brushing up on accents while she’s over here,’ a source tells the Sunday People.

Fortunately, Ronan, 31, saw the funny side and quickly put her straight.
