Lily Allen has blogged in the past about feeling 'fat and ugly'

It seems Lily Allen is just like the rest of us and needs a little help when it comes to looking trim.

The singer, 23, has been snapped twice recently with packs of Spanx control tights in her car.  

Beyonce Knowles, 27, Gwyneth Paltrow, 35, Madonna, 50, and Katie Holmes, 29, are also fans of the tummy-flattening pants and hosiery.
