X Factor's Alexandra Burke: Cheryl Cole has told us her deepest secrets

Alexandra Burke is the bookies' favourite to win The X Factor

The X Factor finalist Alexandra Burke has revealed that mentor Cheryl Cole has shared intimate details about herself with her 3 finalists.

The Girls Aloud star, 25, invited them to dinner last week at her London home.

‘Everyone was very relaxed and we opened up about things in our lives and she opened up about things in hers,’ Alex, 20, says.

‘Cheryl has been through a lot. She told us deep secrets. She was very open with us. We even had a good old cry.’

But Alexandra and fellow contestants Diana Vickers, 17, and Laura White, 20, have vowed not to divulge Cheryl's confidences.  

‘We’re not telling,’ she tells the Daily Star.

The X Factor is on Saturdays on ITV1.
