Reality star will be seen undergoing breast reduction

Viewers will see a lot more of Kerry Katona than they bargained for in her new MTV documentary.

The reality star allowed cameras to film her topless as she underwent a breast reduction to transform her 34GG boobs into a 34DD.

Now the scenes - as well as the surgery itself - will be broadcast on Kerry Katona: Whole Again.

'Following the birth of her fourth child in April, Kerry has been eager to regain her original pop star status of sexy, blonde bombshell,' say MTV.

Kerry Katona: Whole Again will air later this month on MTV One.
