Singer says she's no good at early morning starts
Friday, 26 September 2008
Myleene Klass says that she doesn't want to take over from Fiona Phillips on the breakfast TV sofa.
The 30-year-old singer was one of the favourites for the GMTV role, but she says she won't be joining the show.
‘Conversations were had,’ she tells The Mirror. ‘But I’m not doing it. I can’t do late nights or early mornings any more.’
Other presenters lined up to replace Fiona, 47, include Jenni Falconer, 32, Ulrika Jonsson, 41, and part-time host Kate Garraway, 41.
Myleene is set to host Miss Naked Beauty with Gok Wan, 33, and today launched her new range of baby clothes at Mothercare.
