Singer says the Australian animals aren't cute

Holly Valance was in soap Neighbours

Holly Valance has revealed she was attacked by a kangaroo.

The Australian actress says the animal punched her when she was a child.

'All the mums take their children to petting zoos where there's usually a kangaroo,' she tells Metro.

'It's like: "Get a picture of the child with the kangaroo, they're so cute."

'They're not; they bite you, box you and leave. Well, that's what happened to me.'

Holly, 25, has now moved to LA to pursue her movie career.
