Singer fed up of rumours of her passing

Dolly Parton is alive and well

Dolly Parton has been forced to deny rumours of her death for a second time.

The singer says she's fed up of people spreading lies about her after another publication claimed she had passed away this week.

'Fox News said I'd died of a heart attack and my husband wakes me up saying, "Wake up! You're dead!

'You need to call some people to let them know it's not so!",' she tells Metro.

In August, it was rumoured she died of congestive heart failure at a Tennessee hospital.

Dolly, 62, has been married to Carl Dean for 43 years.
