Amy Winehouse's husband tested positive for drugs in prison

Amy Winehouse didn't turn up to her 25th birthday party at the weekend as she was said to be upset at being apart from husband Blake Fielder-Civil

Blake Fielder-Civil is to spend an extra 28 days in prison because he failed a drugs test.

The jailbird was hoping to be released in time for New Year’s Eve – but insiders say a random check-up at Edmunds Hill Prison has ruined his chances.

And his wife Amy Winehouse is said to be devastated.

‘She has spent all summer trying to get herself clean and wanted Blake home,’ a pal tells the Sunday People.

‘She is deeply saddened that she will be spending New Year alone.’

Blake, 26, was jailed for 27 months for assaulting pub landlord James King in 2006 and perverting the course of justice.

Last year Amy, 24, was barred from physical contact with him after he failed a previous drugs test.
