Comedian would like to camp up the Time Lord

Russell Brand has revealed he’d love to replace David Tennant in Doctor Who.
The comedian, 33 – who has had acting roles in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and St Trinians – reckons he’d be the perfect choice for the hit BBC1 show.
‘I’d make a good Doctor Who,’ he tells the Daily Star. 'I’d camp it up: “Ohhh, it’s bigger in here than it is on the outside – and I’m not talking about the Tardis.”’
Russell has even been thinking about who could play his sidekick.
‘I'd get through a lot of assistants,’ he says. ‘They'd be morphing every 10 seconds, changing like a carousel.’
David Tennant returns as the Time Lord next year in 4 special episodes.

Is this guy out of his ruddy hair? What the bleeding hell's he thinking? if he will be the next doctor, then I'll force him to regenerate back into David Tennant. I'm not having any of this guy in any part of my tardis.
Russell Brand would be great as the new Dr Who. come on BBC have the guts we need to have a good Christmas and a Dr Who special with Russell would be the best.
Russell would be a good Doctor Who. There are very few people I think I could stomach as The Doctor after the great job that David has done, but Russell would be one of them.
russle brand would be the worst doctor ever! dont let him on the television, he will only ruin one of the best sci fi programmes we've ever had. i will campayne to get him removed from the post!!!!
