Will Young: I turn to alcohol after break-ups

Singer drinks when his relationships fall apart

Will Young's album is out soon

Will Young says he deals with break-ups by hitting the bottle.

The singer, 29, split from boyfriend Conor in 2007, after two years.

‘I immerse myself in alcohol and music,’ he admits.

‘You can get very lonely, so I’ve had quite a lot of partying but now it’s time to work.’

But Will remains friends with the dancer, and another ex.

‘I respect them and still love what they’re about,’ he tells Seven magazine. ‘I’m on great terms with both.’

Will’s fourth album Let It Go is released on 29 September.
