She wants to be with her new husband

Peaches Geldof apparently told her dad about the wedding hours before the ceremony

Peaches Geldof plans to relocate to America with her new husband Max Drummey.

The socialite, who wed the musician, 23, earlier this month in a secret Las Vegas ceremony, hopes to set up home in New York.

‘She and Max have decided it is better for both of them if she leaves the UK,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.

But the decision is said to have angered her dad Sir Bob Geldof, 56.

Meanwhile, Kelly Osbourne, 23, reckons Peaches, 19, tied the knot for publicity.

‘It’s a bit sad to be honest,’ she tells the Daily Express.

‘It’s a great big cry for help and people need to stop talking about her and, you know, all she needs is a hug.’
