Model in talks to take part in new season of the show after she had to pull out last year

Kelly Brook could be given a second turn around the ballroom on Strictly Come Dancing.
The glamour model pulled out of the show last year after her dad Ken Parsons passed away from lung cancer.
But now bosses are in talks for her to star in the new series when it returns to BBC1 later this year.
‘Kelly said herself how devastated she was not to be able to carry on,’ a source tells Daily Star Sunday. ‘It would be only right to give her the chance to finish what she started.’
Kelly, 28 – who partnered Brendan Cole, 32 – was the bookies favourite to win before she was forced to retire.

this is hardly fair on the new competitors she's already done more than half the routines.
Of course she should be given another chance. It would not be unfair to other competitors even if partnered once again with Brendan Cole. The routines are choreographed by the professional dancers against certain criteria which are common in ballroom dancing anyway. Good luck to the girl and I look forward to seeing her once more.
Kelly would indeed have a clear advantage compared to other celebrities in the forthcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing, since she has already benefitted from several weeks training with Brendan, during the last series. While I agree it was a shame we didn't get to see her dance more, I would object to her taking part in a competitve sense in the new series. owever I truly believe that this story is speculative only and appears to have been written on the basis of a report that Kelly (plus a few other people) was spoted in a hotel in the company of some dancers from SCD. The Eurovision Dance Contest is being held in Glasgow this year and the field will be comprised of pro/celeb couples. I am inclined to believe that Kelly is in the running for this event, rather than for SCD6.
She should be given another chance i cant see that she has an unfair advantage it will be different routines and it will be a year since she took part in the last series.
