Jordan and Peter Andre's chat show axed

But couple’s fly-on-the-wall documentary will continue

Katie And Peter: Unleashed ran for one series

Jordan and Peter Andre’s chat show has been cancelled by ITV2.

Bosses have pulled the plug on Katie And Peter: Unleashed after 1 series.

Viewers and guests slagged it off, including Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger, 30, who called it 'ridiculous'.

‘It was always a risk,’ says a source. ‘Jordan and Peter are an engaging couple and people like them but it soon became apparent that they are not chat show hosts.

‘No one ever took it that seriously but we hoped it would be a flirty, cheeky show like Charlotte Church does or Lily Allen.

'They’re not too fussed. They know it wasn’t their finest hour.’

But the fly-on-the-wall series about Jordan, real name Katie Price, and Pete, 35, called The Next Chapter, will continue.

Meanwhile, Jordan, 30, has been named one of the most influential people in the media.

She has entered the Media Guardian’s annual 100 poll at No. 83.
