Nereida Gallardo rubbishes Cristiano Ronaldo split rumours

Cristiano Ronaldo is recovering from an ankle operation

Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend Nereida Gallardo denies they've broken up.

Yesterday, it was claimed the footie hunk had dumped the Spanish model.

The rumours surfaced after she jetted to Ibiza with a pal instead of going to Portugal to see him after his ankle op.

Nereida, 24, initially refused to comment on the reports when she emerged from her Majorca home.

But later in the afternoon she broke her silence.

‘I don't know where this story has come from,’ she told the Daily Mirror.

‘I have spoken to him today, as always.’

Manchester United star Cristiano, 23, and Nereida have been dating since January.
