John-Paul McQueen actor James Sutton says he wants to try new projects

Hollyoaks' gay student John-Paul McQueen is quitting after almost 2 years on the soap.
Actor James Sutton, 25, says he wants to focus on new roles.
'I’ve had a really great time working on Hollyoaks but, after much thought, I’ve decided that it’s time to bring it to an end,' he says.
'I’m really grateful to the viewers for their support and commitment to the character and the storyline.'
James, 25, will film his last scenes in July – and they will be seen on screen in September.His exit storyline is believed to involve ex lover Craig Dean, played by Guy Burnett, 25, who will make an explosive comeback to try to rekindle their romance.

it is a shame that james is leaving hollyoaks, who played john - paul. hope he will have a happy ending though with what has happened to him lately.
i will totally miss him!! but i'm glad his exit storyline has guy burnett in it - he was fit! and i've not seen him since bntm.
i'm sad that james is leaving. does it mean it will be a sad ending for him and kieron? i wish him all the best thou and hope we will see him make a come back into hollyoaks soon.
