Cheryl Cole tells Louis Walsh he's a rubbish boss

Cheryl Cole created a scene on her first day at work on The X Factor – by claiming Louis Walsh is a lousy manager.

The Girls Aloud singer replaced 55-year-old Sharon Osbourne on the show after she quit over a row about her fee.

Cheryl, 24, has now joined judges Louis, Simon Cowell, 48, and Dannii Minogue, 36, on the panel – and she wasted no time in winding everyone up in the first round of auditions in London.

‘The contestants said they wanted to have Louis as a boss and Cheryl piped up: “No you don’t!”’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.

‘With a grin on her face she told them Louis was a rubbish boss – obviously in reference to when he was in charge of Girls Aloud.’

Louis hand picked Cheryl and the other 4 members of the girl band when he was a judge on Popstars: The Rivals. He managed them for 4 years after they won the show.

Im sorry 2 say your judgment as a judge on xfactor is bad who the heck are you 2 put down a guy who can sing, may i ask when did you sing solo sorry you have lost life compastion to money time will tell and the way you treated your contestants on xfactor is appoling sorry miss godess you have gon way down in my eyes enjoy it while you got it and try to treat people with compastion .... ps the way you treated your team of wanabies was appoling and i hope you lose shame for the poor contestants under your steall wwing regards miss steal
