Injured: Daniel Craig cut his hand

Daniel Craig was rushed to hospital after hurting himself on the set of Quantum Of Solace this week.

The James Bond star cut his hand while shooting an action scene at Pinewood studios.

'There was quite a lot of blood and it was decided he needed to leave the set and see a doctor,' says a source.

The 40-year-old actor is said to be fine now.

'Daniel Craig did sustain an injury to his hand,' a spokesman tells The Sun. 'He returned to set later in the day.'

Filming of Quantum Of Solace has been plagued by problems.

A stuntman crashed an Alfa Romeo in Italy and a mechanic drove an Aston Martin into a lake.

Daniel also injured his ribs during filming in Panama.

The film is released later this year.
