Kate Moss's pal Heather Stohler dies in fire

Calvin Klein model's boyfriend Daniel Risley also loses his life in the blaze

Kate Moss appeared in several campaigns with Heather Stohler

Former Calvin Klein model Heather Stohler has died in a fire at her home in the US.

Heather, 29 – real name Heather Arrick – featured in campaigns with supermodel Kate Moss.

She also took part in European catwalk shows and appeared on the cover of Italian Vogue and the German edition of Marie Claire.

She died in hospital of smoke inhalation shortly after being rescued from the apartment in Indiana on Sunday.

Her boyfriend Daniel Risley, 26, also lost his life in the blaze.

Fire officials say it was an accident.

Heather moved back to Indiana from Florida after leaving the modeling industry.
