Carmen Electra: I was definitely open to love again

Twice divorced model was ready to meet a new man

Carmen Electra is marrying guitarist Rob Patterson

Carmen Electra is thrilled to be marrying Korn guitarist Rob Patterson – despite being divorced twice.

The model says she was ready to find the perfect man after failed relationships with NBA basketball star Dennis Rodman and musician Dave Navarro.

‘I was definitely open to love again,’ she reveals.

‘The last couple of weeks have been amazing on a lot of different levels.

'Rob is amazing, we were great friends and it actually turned into something much more.’

But Carmen, 36, admits she was cautious to begin with.

‘We all try to protect our hearts and our feelings and it’s really easy to put a wall up and not feel anything,’ she tells People.

‘I’ve learned to allow myself to feel, whether it’s painful or beautiful. I’m really happy.’
