Lee Mead: Denise Van Outen isn't too old for me

Joseph star says he ‘connects’ with Capital Radio DJ

Lee Mead doesn’t think the 7-year age gap between him and girlfriend Denise Van Outen is an issue.

The Joseph star insists that they have plenty in common.

‘I have dated older women before,’ Lee tells Star. ‘I’m 26 and Denise is 33. She’s still young herself. It’s not like she’s old. People try and make an issue about that but it’s who you connect with.’

The pair, who met on reality show Any Dream Will Do, have been dating since late last year.
