Eddie Murphy weds Tracey Edmonds

Actor marries on romantic island

Eddie Murphy married Tracey Edmonds, 40, at sunset yesterday on the Polynesian island of Bora Bora.

The groom, 46, sported a cream suit and the barefoot bride wore a figure-hugging dress for the ceremony which took place under a shell-encrusted gazebo.

Eddie, a father of 7, was divorced from first wife Nicole Mitchell in 2006. He then dated Spice Girl Melanie Brown and fathered her daughter, Angel Iris, who was born in April 2007.

The newlyweds and their wedding party of 25 guests enjoyed a private dinner and tucked into a 4-tiered cake before dancing the night away.
