AMAZING! Natalie Cassidy loses 4st in 8 months

EastEnders' Sonia now weighs just 8st

Natalie Cassidy has shrunk from a size 16 to a tiny size 8 after months of strict dieting and vigorous work-outs.

The EastEnders star used to weigh 12st but was determined to shed the pounds in favour of a sexy new look after she quit the BBC1 soap last year.

‘I wanted people to see me as Natalie Cassidy not Sonia Fowler,’ she says.

‘It was hard but I’m a determined person and after a few days I began to feel so much better.’

The 24-year-old also enlisted the help of personal trainer Dee Thresher who worked out a cardio and fat burning programme to shift the weight.

‘I used to get called the fat girl off the telly,’ she remembers. ‘I’m glad I took action – I feel happier, prettier and more womanly than ever.’

Natalie’s Then And Now Workout DVD is to be released on 26 December.
