Simon Cowell: I’m quitting The X Factor

TV judge plans to leave the show

Simon Cowell has revealed that he will quit The X Factor in 3 years.

The pop mogul, now 47, reckons that the public will be fed up with him by the time he reaches 50.

‘There has to come a point when I will step down from being on camera,’ Simon tells the Daily Mirror.

‘I am contracted for another two or three seasons in Britain and I think by that point the public will be sick to death of me anyway.

‘I’ve been lucky, but I also know when I’ve outstayed my welcome.’
