Chantelle Houghton suffering from split?
Chantelle Houghton’s split with hubby Samuel Preston seems to be taking its toll.
The BB star, 24, was spotted out shopping in London’s West End yesterday looking gaunt and fed-up.
Chantelle ended her 10-month marriage to Preston, 26, in June and has always insisted their wedding was a money-making sham.
‘It hurts me to think that people think my marriage wasn't real,’ she says.
‘I shared a bed with him, I did things with him that you wouldn't do if it was a publicity stunt.’
