Jade Goody: My depression was no publicity stunt

She admits Celebrity Big Brother race row left her suicidal

Jade goody has revealed that the Celebrity Big Brother race row affected her so much, she had to seek professional help for depression at the Priory.

Speaking in new BBC series You Can't Fire Me I'm Famous, the mum-of-two refutes claims that she entered rehab as a publicity stunt.

'I was diagnosed with being depressed and having an eating problem,' she explains. 'i lost half a stone in 10 days. I was on suicide watch.'

Despite the furore following her 'bullying' behaviour towards Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty, Jade, 26, says she doesn't regret taking part in CBB.

'Otherwise I'd be sitting here none the wiser that I can be a nasty person,' she explains.
