Paris is struggling in the slammer

Sources say she's a wreck

Paris Hilton is reportedly finding it extremely difficult coping with doing time.

The 26-year-old, who spent her second day behind bars at California's Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood yesterday, has been reduced to floods of tears.

'Paris is scared. She has been crying on the phone, saying she's not sleeping or eating,' an inside source tells TMZ.com.

'She says her cell is freezing cold. There's three little blankets and no pillow. She's using one of the blankets as a pillow.

'Paris says she has no appetite and has eaten almost nothing. She's called her lawyer and family, but found it really hard to talk because there's a recording in the background telling her, "You have one minute left. This call is being recorded."'

The hotel heiress's lawyer Richard A Hutton visited Paris for two hours on Monday and said she was 'doing very well'.
