TV star doesn't let age stand in her way
Wednesday, 14 March 2007
You'd think that after turning 60 you'd be happy to forgo wild nights out for a quiet evening at home in front of the TV.
Not if you're Cilla Black.
The former Blind Date host, 64, admits she likes nothing more than a night on the tiles.
'When I'm on a roll I don't want to go home,' she tells the Daily Mirror. 'I went to Ronnie Wood's 60th birthday party and was up all night dancing with Kate Moss.
'Paul O'Grady was rushed to hospital two days later with his second heart attack, and Ronnie went into rehab! And I'm fit as a fiddle. No problem.'
We're just keeping our fingers crossed we have the same energy as Cilla when we get to her age.
