Suranne Jones: Swinging isn't for me

New role opens her eyes to sexy shennanigans

Actress Suranne Jones has visited a swingers' club in Leeds - but purely in the name of research.

Her role as a sex therapist on the ITV1 drama Strictly Confidential has meant the 27-year-old – who's currently single – has entered a whole new world.

'It certainly opened my eyes,' she admits. 'There was a room with a love swing and a jacuzzi. There were signs all over the place saying, "Please wipe the beds after use" along with paper towels and a disinfectant spray.

'A big screen was playing porn all the time and everyone just walked around in robes.'

But even though she doesn't disapprove, the ex-Corrie star tells Sunday magazine it's not her cup of tea.

'It doesn't appeal to me in the slightest,' she reveals.
