WAG Alex Curran arrested after karoake bar fracas
Mum of two Alex Curran, 23, was questioned by police after a row allegedly broke out between diners at a Liverpool Chinese restaurant at 3am Saturday morning.
The fiancée of new England vice-captain Steve Gerrard was released on bail pending enquiries after an 18-year-old girl was taken to the Royal Liverpool Hospital with a black eye.
Carmel Wilson claims she was assaulted by Alex with a bottle at the Shangri-La's karoake bar and denies that she was simply caught in the face with a handbag.
A spokesman for Miss Currran, mother to two-year-old Lilly-Ella and baby Lexie, says: 'This is now a matter for the police and we cannot make any further comment at this stage.'
