Detectives have discovered a £1m plot to kidnap one of Jordan's children.

The glamour model and her husband Peter Andre have been told by police about a criminal gang's sophisticated scam to take one of her tots hostage and issue a £1m ransom demand.

And extra security has been laid on for the couple who live in East Sussex with their 11-month old-son Junior and Jordan's three-year-old son Harvey, who was fathered by footballer Dwight Yorke. The former Page 3 girl, whose real name is Katie Price, is thought to be worth £10m.

The scam mirrors a plot against the Beckhams, six years ago, when officers unearthed plans to kidnap Victoria and Brooklyn.
