The High School Musical girls hit the red carpet in style at the Young Hollywood Awards.

Both Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale went for grown-up glamour, leaving their teenage looks way behind them.

Vanessa attended the event with her long-term boyfriend Zac Efron.

She wore a sexy short silk number by American designer Vera Wang.

We love her messy updo – it gives her dress a modern look.

Ashley wore a pretty floral mini with nude shoes.

We loved that she teamed it with a leather biker jacket and a Chanel bag, a good way to make florals less girly. It rocks!
