Aston Merrygold: I like to take off my clothes when drunk

JLS star happy to reveal his six-pack

JLS were runners up on The X Factor 2008 without Aston Merrygold doing a Full Monty

Aston Merrygold becomes quite an extrovert when he's drunk.

The JLS star admits he has a tendency to undress when he's had one too many.

‘I like to take my clothes off when I’ve had a few drinks,’ he says.

‘About two New Year’s Eves ago I stripped down to my boxers at a friend’s house.'

But the singer doesn't intentionally bare his bod on stage, that's just a wardrobe malfunction.

'At one of our recent gigs, I didn't have a belt on and my trousers were getting quite low,' he tells Star magazine. 'I wear them low anyway, but this time they were very low!'
