Heroes star has difficulty managing relationships

Hayden Panettiere admits that dating is not her forte.
The actress, who split with Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia, 32, in February and has been linked to T4 presenter Steve Jones, also 32, finds it hard to identify her own feelings.
'I don't know how to date,' she says. 'I'm not good at learning that sometimes you don't like someone in that way - and figuring out how to deal with that. I don't want to hurt his feelings.'
Hayden, 19 - who seems to have a penchant for older guys - insists she is not actively looking for a boyfriend.
'Right now, I'm just enjoying having fun,' she tells Seventeen Magazine. 'It's when you're not looking for anything that something winds up coming along, whether it's a best friend or a guy.'
