Max Clifford: Peter Andre can use divorce to relaunch career

PR guru reckons split from Jordan will do singer good

Peter Andre's split from Jordan could boost his career, according to Max Clifford.

The PR guru reckons the singer, 35, has the support of the public.

‘[Peter's] fame has all been down to her the past couple of years,’ says Max. ‘Before I'm A Celebrity his career had disappeared.

‘But how he handles the break-up in the coming days and weeks will be vital - how he uses the coverage to relaunch his own career.

‘Most people have sympathy for him after she has humiliated him for years and he is liked by the media.

‘He has the best opportunity now to relaunch himself as a presenter or an actor or whatever. Ironically it could kick-start him.’

Max reckons Jordan, 30, real name Katie Price, will have most to lose from the break-up.

‘For her, she is successful in her own right but will miss the opportunity of all the money and opportunities they can earn as a couple,’ he tells Metro.
