Tameka Foster leaves hospital after heart attack

Tameka Foster and Usher married in August 2007

Tameka Foster has returned home following her shock heart attack.

Usher’s wife was due to have cosmetic surgery at a hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on 6 February when she was taken ill.

After spending 11 days recovering, Tameka, 38, who was put into a medically-induced coma to save her life, has checked out.

‘She left the hospital on Monday night,’ a Sirio-Libanes Hospital spokeswoman tells People. ‘We do not have any more information about her condition.’

Usher, 33, and Tameka are parents to Naveid Ely Raymond, 2 months, and Usher Raymond V, 15 months.

The musician's rep declined to comment.
