Kylie Minogue to return to acting

Singer lined up for big screen role with Edge Of Love director

Kylie Minogue was introduced to John Maybury by friends

Kylie Minogue is in talks with film director John Maybury to star in his next project.

The 40-year-old singer, who made her name in Australian soap Neighbours, hasn't appeared on the big screen since her cameo in Moulin Rouge over 7 years ago.

‘Kylie was very flattered. She would love to do it.’

John recently directed Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller in The Edge Of Love.
