Zac Efron has denied reports that he is to star alongside Johnny Depp in Pirates Of The Caribbean 4.
The actor, 21, who became a teen idol after winning the role of Troy Bolton in the High School Musical films, insists he has 'no confirmed plans'.
'Honestly, at this time it's just a rumour,' he told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show yesterday.
But Zac would definitely like to be involved if he was offered a part.
'I wish I was going to be in Pirates Of The Caribbean 4,' he said. 'So hopefully that will happen for me.'
High School Musical 3: Senior Year is out in cinemas now.
