Zac Efron has signed a £6million deal to appear in the next Pirates Of The Caribbean film.
The actor is being groomed to replace Johnny Depp when he retires from the role of Captain Jack Sparrow.
Disney weren't sure if the 45-year-old star would commit to the new movie but he's now signed up for a reported £30million.
'Disney realised they couldn’t make the
fourth Pirates movie without Johnny,' a source tells The Sun. 'They had to offer him a small fortune to do it.'
Zac, 21, will earn nearly double what he earned for High School Musical 3 and will continue to play Troy Bolton in the franchise.
